This is obviously fake, in the sense that either she's making this up or she's getting bad info.
Restaurants rely on repeat customers. Even the shittiest dumps can stay in business if they have a solid core of regulars who eat there pretty frequently.
The most frustrating thing that can happen at a restaurant is for a customer to have a negative experience at no fault of the restaurant itself. That's why bartenders will comp you a drink if you get stood up, because they don't want you to associate their bar with this horrible feeling of rejection.
And besides all of that, this is an insane amount of effort to get one customer. It's hours of swiping, matching, and chatting with girls to maybe get two or three into your restaurant, and then a 50/50 chance of them actually eating there after getting stood up, and then what are they gonna spend, like $40 max? Yeah that's a great use of time.
