Friendly reminder women are a majority in 7/11 major fields of study and make up over 60% of the college population and the real crisis is somehow they arent a majority in 11/11.

Context
When I was in undergrad we had a "women in medicine" conference. Pre-meds were majority women at the school. As far as I know they still have the conference every year, though pre-med is even more female-skewed now.
I'm in computational bio and people constantly talk about how it's too male-dominated even though every other field of biology is majority women.
