There's a really strong chance they sue the shit out of her. It's not some kind of poor dive bar or anything. It's more of a quasi-upscale establishment, so obviously they'd both have ample security camera coverage and access to legal resources.

yeah this place looks to have cocktails starting at $16, plus the establishment has 3 floors with different deco and often rent out entire floors to private events. It's also in the main entertainment district in Chicago, not some neighborhood watering hole.
It's objectively the kind of place that has plenty of security cameras and enough revenue to afford whatever legal services they need to pursue their goals.
