This is my issue with so many leftoids, even though I agree with about 95% of what they say...
Logic goes something like this: I'm smart. I've decided that this thing I'm doing (being vegan, electric car, whatever) is good. Therefor, everyone should be doing this thing.

It is because if eating bugs were economically competitive then there is no need to force people to eat bugs. But since bugs are fricking amazingly expansive and not very nutritional. Shit some bugs contain antinutrients

Honestly I am not opposed to it on principle but like imitation veggie meat there's literally no reason to use it when it's more expensive and with an inferior taste to real beef. I couldn't care less about it from an environmental perspective and I am losing zero sleep over cows being killed as well lol.
