Ok I'm 55f very fit and conventionally attractive. I sometimes get hit on by men as young as their late 20's. While that's a little young for me, I will date a man in his late 30's bc men my age are often soft and just seem “old” and somewhat boring, sexist and conservative ( sorry guys I know there are exceptions ).

In short, most men I encounter closer to my age cannot keep up with me. I don't know if that helps..,just my two cents.
