I have had many interviews through my career, and never has the interviewer, or support staff, left the room under any condition. The majority of my interviews were high-perssure panels (at least 5, high end 9) which lasted upwards of 90 minutes.
For this series of photographs to have been taken without the single interviewer noticing while also being out of shot, the interviewer needed to leave the room at least two times, possibly three.
