They dont. I really think Women have evolved to favor (at least auperficial) social peace and cooperation, and the benefits to child bearing and raising are obvious. Even when the peace is a bad one leading to worse problems down the line, the momentary peace itself is the most important value for foids. Thats why they tend to make shit leaders, and why theyre so incredibly susceptible to peer pressure/social contagion/whatever you want to call it.

And why foid "agression" is backhanded gossip and treachery, because those can, by our fairly universal social norms, not be retaliated against openly, thus keeping the superficial peace intact.

As that cliche goes, moids will call you a c*nt to your face and be loyal to death to you, foids will call you their best friend to your face and be a c*nt to you behind your back.

And you know those r-slurs would defend as taking away money from someone who deserves it. Rather than enabling someone and engaging with their fantasies that might lead them to escalate their behavior. But that's asking too much of them to think ahead.
