I played in an evil pathfinder game where everyone was just unhinged and had a specific target.
Witch who targeted a small child or a baby in every town and would later replace them with a homunculus that would kill themselves by running into a fire or something when approached
Dhampir who targeted a woman in every town and stole their wombs
Werewolf (Gay) who targeted a man (twink) in every town
Alchemist (Vivisectionist) who targeted the first person he found alone in every town and then blood eagled them outside the city walls so it would be first thing they see when the sun rises.
And an unhinged Cleric who poisoned every source of water in every town if the villagers didn't convert to his Evil Water God.
Can't do that these days with how soft tabletop g*mers are.
