I've never seen a single Black player offended by orcs.

Elves on the other hand, I can't add even a single one to my campaign without my Black friend, Grogg Skull-Crusher, launching into a savage battle rage.

Just say they're stand-ins for greedy white colonizers

Just run them as religious fanatics. Gruumsh rewards those in the afterlife who used "might makes right" to justify their violent behavior against all other races. The weak should fear the strong, and the strong have right to anything that they can wrest, and this belief perpetuates all forms of orc society.
