The only thing I know of Yugioh is that if I play the magic card Pot of Greed. It allows me to draw 2 cards from my deck, and add them to my hand.

@SpookNarca. It does do that. 
There was a similar and even more powerful card Graceful Charity that allowed you to draw 3 cards from your deck and then discard 2. Now you know two things.
