Needless to say, there is no evidence that SSRIs treat gender dysphoria in minors. But if you watch the video, she calls these treatments "evidenced-based".
so what did she mean by this?
Presumably, she means there is evidence they treat depression. Which would only be relevant if one believed gender dysphoria was not a real diagnosis. 
Any credibility she or the NHS may have had on the international stage after releasing the embarrassing Cass report is completely shot. 
Of course, that won't stop the Bongs from torturing their own kind for amusement, a Bongish pastime that they never grow tired of. What silly rules and regulations will they think of next?

Let's give a drug that treats something else and increases suicidality for this disorder that causes suicidality

If someones already likely suicidal, what's wrong with giving them something that might make them suicidal when it might actually help them in the end? Lots of drugs have terrible potential side effects, but doctors weigh the pros and cons to see what would be the least harmful choice.

There is no evidence to suggest SSRIs cure gender dysphoria. It's needlessly increasing suicidality to avoid giving the best available treatment, which are the remarkably safe opposite s*x hormones estrogen/testosterone that everyone has in their bodies and are only controversial because it makes social conservatives uncomfortable
