Neurodivergent thinking where the purpose of the transition is to satisfy some inward notion of identity as opposed to transitioning for the sake of changing their interactions with other people. Technically doing both is possible, but the lack of opposite-s*x socialization in most sissy-hypno spergs make it very unlikely.

Fundamental misunderstanding of socialization here. You can't mind control other people, but you can certainly mold how they socialize with you through behaviors and interactions. The problem that the spergs who transition have is that they never became properly socialized as any gender, so they assume gender is actually about self-identification instead. They generate the "all the validation you get is half hearted" type reactions because their behaviors give away that they're quasi-moids who formed their beliefs about foid socialization internally (often through things like porn or anime).
Effeminate gay men already occupy this role with cis-het women. The biggest fans of drag-queen
s are other foids. Why? Cause most of these fem-gays and drag queens know how to socialize with other women in a feminine-gendered manner, regardless of what their personal gender identity may be.
Social cohesion is generated through understanding of other people through social interactions. The problem isn't that they're queer, it's that they're neurodivergent (or have neurodivergent thinking).
