The trans rate in thailand is 1% and cannot reasonably be blamed on any of the chud copes. 1 in 2000 is artificial and caused by not letting people transition. Whether or not they are trans by a western standard is incidental. The fact is that taking HRT is normalized and readily available to people of all ages and there's a low ceiling of the number of people who transition. Theres no reason to think trans people in the west would be any different
