I like the comment trying to call it a generic open-world game that nobody would care about if it wasn't for the Harry Potter IP, but then points to fricking Fallout 4 as if it wasn't exactly the same thing he accused Hogwarts Legacy of being.
I think that guy was agreeing with you, he's saying fallout 4 was similar but got the nominations but harry potter didn't and so there's a political aspect at play
Though I would argue that those games, Fallout 4 at least, are so massive in scope that only a few developers could pull them off even with the jank, so they would sell regardless of the IP
