From what I gathered from the comments, there's a system where you can rate players behavior poorly and the mean players apparently suffer some kind of consequence for a low rating. The boosters will log into your account, set up quick games against themselves, queue against each other, and then mark everyone as really fetch guys to boost your behavior score.
