Nah heres the skinny: it closed down back in like 2010 or something? But then they got the original devs back and reopened it in 2022 to make a TS4 then closed it again (kinda looked shit tho)

If they managed to get them back together they probably were free and didn't jerked their game design skills. Gayming tech still moves fast so it takes a lot to stay on top of the game
