Alan wake 2 writing kinda sucks.

Part 1, black woman

I've only just completed two chapters but everything about this game makes me not care about what happens in the game, it's like the game itself doesn't care and thinks it's so meta in a very hipster way. The game starts with you playing as some fat bastard, naked, getting killed. A good start and clearly shows why no one wants to play fat characters. Then you start playing the black Quinn, whose background makes no sense but is done for plot reasons, who has gone with her FBI agent friend to investigate the death of that fat bastard you just played as, and your partner is the peak NPC that is currently moment I feel it does not exist, and this is just the imagination of the black queen, but later I realized that this is just his animation. The first dive breaker then appears in which the foid can enter a room in her subconscious, and the tutorial hint states that when the foid enters that room, it does not pause the game so that the enemy can hit you. So basically when she walks around her room for 2 minutes, 2 minutes pass in real time, so she stands there like some kind of r-slur for 2 minutes :marseyxd: and no one reacts when she does it. She then finds a page that describes the things around her, her thoughts and what will happen. She's not really surprised, then she takes the dead bastard's body to the morgue and on the way she stops at a cafe where she can have lunch, and the cashier knows the black quin, her name and that she has a daughter. A normal human reaction would be to ask the cashier who the cashier is, but black Quinn doesn't care. Then at the morgue, this fat guy becomes a zombie and kills three police officers, and then somehow leaves the police department. There are 3 corpses lying around, the black queen freely leaves the police station. All the police agents pretend that nothing happened. She then starts following notes that tell her what she'll do like it's no big deal and then kills big butt zombies, but oh who cares is her reaction.

And the game tries to be a scary horror game, but the way the characters interact with the world makes it a comedy. I understand that this is a fictional character (in terms of the game's plot), but their attitude just kills any sympathy for them.

The buttholes said that OMG forspoken had bad dialogue, but you know what, when I play these Japanese games, I realize that the main character is often a teenager who acts inarticulately, like most teenagers, so the main hero of forespoken game was normal for who she is, but Alan Wake you see the faces of 35 year old Westerners who are not surprised by anything and don't care about anything.

MB, this shit is getting better, but wow the level of indifference of the main characters to everything is extreme

End of part 1

Part 2 Alan Wake

At the end of Chapter 2 you will find Alan Rasputinovich Wake, and the first thing that came to my mind is why art strags portray the crazy white man always use Rasputin as Jungian archetypes. He starts telling you how he escaped from another dimension, like prison, and you start playing as Alan. He is in a city similar to New York and goes to a night show and every cutscene is now shown as live action and this explains why their 3D models are so lifeless, it is because the game had no budget. it actually has worse animation than Alan Wake 1. It then also talks about how Alan Wake wrote a detective story about Max Payne and how this character came to life, and at that point the whole story hit me, it was a self-centered parody of Kojima, the game literally tells Alan Wake wins awards for his amazing writing, making Alan Wake the Best Writer at the Game Awards. So, the author of Alan Wake and Max Pain, as well as the face of Max Pain in the game, created a fanfic about himself and how wonderful he is, and also included in the game his favorite musical group, which for some stupid reason has 2 concerts stages in the game. Also the whole fear factor is gone because its gameplay is set in the past.

Since there are a lot of collectibles in the game, I decided to finish one character's story first and not switch, and I finished Alan's story first and there was nothing important in his 8th chapter.

end of the second part

Part 3 of the fanfic

After finishing Alan's story, I was back playing black women hunting down a cult of bad evil. While playing as her, I noticed that the game became similar to Spider-Man 2 in terms of propaganda: if Spider-Man 2 told how beautiful New York is, then this game began to add more Finnish actors and tons of references to Suomi, it looked strange, but whatever. The game then reveals that the band in the game is the real Norse gods like Odin and co, and the black Quinn is Thor's granddaughter.

Of course she has no father.

Then the game tells the cult is not bad, everyone is friend and out of nowhere a female character says "at home, my wife is waiting for me" good job, your inclusion points :marseyclapping:

End of part 3

Part 4. Japanese role-playing game

At this point, the game turns into an absurd jrpg story about time travel, and the only way to save Alan from darkness again is to give a concert to the power of friendship, because only the power of friendship and a pure heart can change reality. The game then moves into the second phase of the JRPG's conclusion, where the main characters go into mental introspection in the Astral Dimension for 2 hours, after which the power of friendship defeats darkness and the story ends. :marseyclapping:

TLDR: Alan Wake 2 Story: Sora Wake's wife tries to help Sora escape from the real darkness and now Donal and Goofy also try to help Sora Wake

You can literally skip Alan Wake 2 and go to 3 and you will miss absolutely nothing. If the game starts with Alan Wake being trapped in the kingdom of darkness, then the story ends with Alan Wake being trapped in the kingdom of darkness, but now he just knows that his wife is trying to help him. That's it, everything else in the story of Alan Wake 2 doesn't matter.

If you want Alan Wake 2 story but with a conclusion that the game hyped should happen, pick Final Fantasy 16
