@TC think the most likely is Korvax are asian, Vykeen are Black, Gek are jews, travellers are whites, autophage are also probably white.

I don't think any of them have real world inspirations, HG went out of their way to avoid any sort of real-world analogues and lean really hard into the retro sci-fi aesthetic with everything :/
