It'll basically just contain upgrades that'll make it on par with a current fiveM server.
I'm excited for the racetrack that'll be near the center, new map looks fun. I grew up on modded vice city shenanigans so I'm very bias on the city.

the rp servers that got big on twitch during covid. My roommate and I played on one in 2019, they're basically a playground for lua scripters and modders where they create an entirely different game worth of minigames and jobs to do. The dude who ran the server we played on had overhauled all visuals in the game by hodge-podging together a modpack with shaders, then created his own shaders on top that like reflected cop lights onto the nearby mountainsides when in valleys and neat shit. Basically made everything photorealistic. Then, he overhauled all the car handlings to be more accurate, was a total madman savant.
We ran a delivery business that worked off the ingame twitter app, we'd take orders from players who were selling
to npcs for quick cash and sell them bulk quantities to do it with out the backs of a fleet of taxis we had bought in order to evade police. It was a wild fun time but you can only spend so many literal 60 minute segments at a time locked in a cute twink prison on a cute twink game under threat of being banned if you log out during precious weekend game time before you never touch it again.
