Playing again for the first time in forever being a paragon of virtue like I always try.
What is the goodest ending of the game that benefits the most people, Mr house or the ncr? House seems to be the most forward and good for everyone in the Mojave but he also if I remember hates the brotherhood of steel. Ncr seems to be second best but it's hard to tell how imperialist they are or if it's wrong of them. Independent Vegas seems to be bad bc it's all still fighting

I personally picked Mr. House. Selfish reason is because he pays well and gives good perks, unlike NCR that only gives you a shitty medal in the end and a radio to call some useless NPCs to combat.
The game has been hammering home the idea that NCR is stretched too thin, and cannot effectively govern the Mojave. Most of the NCR personnel's heart is in the right place, but they just cannot pull it off.
So I picked Mr. House. While things outside of Vegas will stay as it was, they would not have to worry about paying tax to an ineffective government. Not to mention things will already be better since I eliminated the Fiends, Vault 22, and the Powder Gangers (introduced by NCR).
As for the Brotherhood of Steel, I made a mod myself convincing Mr. House to leave them alone with my 100 Speech and having a good relation with the BOS. So that's that.

Can you actually wipe a faction entirely or at least passing them? I'm so annoyed the powder gangster keep trying to start shit they need to just stop or learn their place

Really? I barely see any Powder Gangers after I wiped out their two bases. I think you can still find Fiends running around, but story-wise they are very crippled after you took out their three leaders.
