What should I expect?
I think it has a tag team battle buddy mechanic like the new JoJo game.
I got it since I played centralfiction and this was $12 bucks, so this and Grandblue rising was in my non-piracy game budget.

Is keyboard better for those Blazblue distortion drive moves?

Compared to an xbox controller specifically, I'd say the keyboard
is better 
at almost everything, only exception is 360s and 720s which can be awkward 
with WASD (this can be somewhat mitigated by using space 
instead of W for up/jump).
Aside from Iron Tager(360, 720, 1080(lol)) and Bullet
(360), I can't recall any characters who have Distortion Drives more complicated 
than 2141236X, which on keyboard 
would 
be SASD (button). Keyboards are essentially just less ergonomic hitboxes, which are pretty 
undeniably the most optimal input device these days. I've played on stick 
for about 15 years now and there 
are things I can do more easily on keyboard 
than on stick, despite 
having played maybe 5 hours total on one.

im using arrows for movement is that bad

Use whatever
you're comfortable with. I don't see why it would 
be any worse. I'm just used to left hand for movement and right 
hand for buttons.
