I am pretty sure the "Ken" speaking in the interview segments is Ken Levine of Looking Glass and Irrational Games fame. Currently creative director of Ghost Story Games, a studio that developed zero games so far and its only project has been in development heck for quite some time, allegedly directly due to Levine's mismanagement. From his interviews with Geoff and his Reddit AMAs he comes across as full of hot air and I suspect he couldn't write himself out of a paper bag if not for the great designers that he was lucky enough to have by his side in the past. On his own he doesn't seem to have the ability to either lead or write.
