from what I read this is basically a response to people trying to milk shit on top a class action lawsuit over some whacky shit which valve has concluded is actually a way better way to deal with than anything less than taking them to court legally because probably 99.99999% of people who have threatened to take valve to court were really just trying to do arbitration which is pre-court legalese for settling a dispute or something

their method of transparency is " " good " " but their execution and failure to literally dumb down wtf their talking about is gonna bite them in the butt hard and nerds will run with it add nauseum even though valve always had the high ground in this sense, if you ever try to do a chargeback against steam, your whole account is nuked lol
