I recently played The Last Campfire and as an artcel I really appreciate the environment designs of the game, I've always enjoyed exploring beautiful worlds if the game allows it so I'm looking for recommendations for that sort of stuff, particularly focused on nature, the genre doesn't matter
Other examples I can think of the type of environments I'm looking for are Spyro, Ori and the blind forest and The Witness
Also not nature related but I also like environments like old medieval cities, towns, etc, for example the ones in Styx Master of Shadows

Satisfactory has a really good looking map.
You'll ruin it, but it's pretty at the start.

Satisfactory is a gay game for fat gay strag r-slurs and is inherently ruined because the designers are dent brained r-slurs who decided to make belt splitters 3 way cross BS instead of inline like factorio

Monster Hunter: World has the most legitimately dense and claustrophobic forest I've played in a game - your movement isn't actually that restricted if you learn the map, but the twisting complexity makes it feel much more real than other, ostensibly more "realistic" game worlds.
It also has a variety of other creative locales, and is the best jumping-off point to the world of the Japanese equivalent of call of duty.

I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream
I would list more but file limit is gay, and I gayer so I'm too lazy to keep going. Seriously though, modern visually focused games are overdone and not that impressive. A game like Dishonored or Morrowind will last for decades longer as a visual piece then Ori and the Blind Forest or Monster Hunter.
