Dead Space 1 and 2 are spooky. Eternal Darkness on Gamecube was spooky and is easy to emulate. Evil Within was spooky (first one)...... Silent Hill 2, Condemned Criminal Origins... that should keep you busy for a while.

One of those "sit at a computer, flip through cameras, and take note of any objects that moved or changed" games, like that Observer game
Except the twist is you can actually close the camera feed and look around your room
Because there's a monster trying to creep up on you
You can shoo him away with your flashlight (if you find where he's hiding of course) but it means the entire time you're trying to scour the video feed you need to be hyper aware if something is standing right fricking behind you
You only have a limited amount of time before you run out of flashlight juice

old re 1-3 is on pc now, i will be playing those.
been playing re5 and i actually thought i might like it better than 4(remake, i haven't played old in a long time so i cant remember too much). but then i got to the turret section, then the lickers, then they gave the ganado's flashbang grenades. I'm stuck on one of the gun missions. though overall the african ganado's are a lot more fun to fight than the spanish ones.
edit: also the bosses are ripped straight out of lost planet. they got the giant orange weakspots, red eye boss, spider boss, and the big orange ball akrid from the final mission.
