Blizzard releases $90 WoW mount.

I'm so tempted to buy this.

Everyone is buying it.

Important to note if you have enough in-game gold you can buy WoW tokens (1 month of game subscription) with gold then exchange that for blizzard account balance which can let you buy this. This is pretty OP though since having an auction house and mailbox on a mount basically gives you access to every item in the game at any time.

Having so much fake game money you can change it back into real money to buy a fake item that's supposed to be pay2win is :marseybigbrain:

The real big brain move was from Blizzard though.

The normal sub price is $15/mo. You can buy a token with in game gold (price fluctuates based off demand). The token is good for either one month game time or $15 Blizzard balance.

But the kicker is you buy the tokens from other players, not Blizzard directly. Those players get the gold when you buy a token from them. But to buy the token in the first place (to sell for gold) costs $20. So basically when you turn gold into "real" money, somebody else has already paid Blizzard even more money and they pocket the change ($5).

As an Auction House Tyrant you can exploit this decently well.
