So, me and a good friend of mine were discussing this and requested that I make a video
about this. So, I did.
Essentially, it boils down to some documentation i read online regarding a product
change request or whatever
via the FDA regarding Lucky
Strike's and Newport Non-Menthol cigarettes.
Many people have suggested this online, too. So, like all good things--there's only one good way to test something like this:
Just Do It!
So, I did. My verdict is that they aren't the same. IDK if this is something to do with the manufacturing process, or what, but yeah.

It's actually illegal to bring new cigarettes to the market in the US, there has been a ban on new products since 2012. All "new" cigarettes are just repackaged something else.

Yeah, but lucky
strikes aren't "new"?

There's no ban on new products, btw. The hurdle is the regulatory process and not a ban on new products.
