Well in that case I guess it's too late to do anything this year. I mean of course there's stuff that grows in winter but it's not worth the effort. At least around here every fricking day is going to be overcast and cold rain (but not snow) for the next 6 months. Better to just stay inside.
There's not much I can do since it's fall and my tractor is 3 hours away. My plan is to just mow it, clean up the landscaping, and hope that by the time I list the house the grass is dormant and covered with leaves anyways.
My uncle, whose house this used to be, was sick the last two years of his life so he really let things go in terms of upkeep.
I love that house from what I see.
Only thing I don't like is how small the front and back lawn are and how close the other houses are too it, but that is just because I don't like urban.
I don't think the house is hideous or anything, it's not bad. I just... idk, the house doesn't quite look right, and I don't like how small the yard is and how close the houses are. Also the road looks bad which makes me think this might not be the nicest neighborhood
Also, the fricking street I live on houses sell for like 30-40k at most and people on reddit call the fricking area i live in "the hood" (there isn't even a fricking freaking hood in my city lol) but I can leave my door unlocked and never had a fricking package stolen and can walk anywhere its completely safe.
