Nope, the original in png is smoother. Though since these Marseys tend to be small I don't really mind the artifacts as long as they're not too noticeable or ruin the image, but that's just me

Edit: My r-slurred butt uploaded a pic to show the quality of the png and forgot the site would convert it lol
