It's not always just the skinny twink geeks who
out. I know of both one SEAL and one Green Beret that also fell into the pipeline somehow. In their cases I bet they really do have serious dysphoria and aren't just AGPs. I remember having to attend a CMEO training once I think around 2016 and they mentioned the actual number active duty who requested either treatment or to take the women's PFA was incredibly small at the time, like 11. The presenter reading from the script in that droll, please-let-the-GMT-end-voice then followed it with "but according to the general population there may actually be thousands of trans in service right now." I always wonder what percent of the population they were using for whoever wrote that training.
