Fats cope and seethe when it is suggested that they eat less to weigh less.

I don't see anyone defending being obese. The issue is that unhealthy food is far cheaper and more prevalent, especially for people on lower incomes. Not everyone can afford to buy fresh produce every week and not everyone has the time to spend hours preparing healthy food. When people are living paycheck to paycheck there's no alternative.

I wish this guff would stop getting peddled, who exactly are you speaking for here? I live paycheck to paycheck with a 40 hour work week and manage to eat fine. People literally just need to eat and drink less.

You're lucky you only work 40 hours. What about people who need two jobs?

But think of the poors! They are forced to live off of Big Mac meals and shakes. Thereโ€™s no other options!!!

And surprise, both fat excusers are fat. Weeb and a capeshit lover.

We spend $100/month on just fresh fruits. It is expensive and time consuming to eat healthy. I can afford it now, but couldn't always. Tell Lord Farquaad to start a farm to provide fruits and veggies to the poor.

Good apples can cost on average around $2 per lb. Youโ€™re trying to tell me you buy 50lbs of apples a month? Even if you up it to $3 thatโ€™s still at least 30 lbs a month. Bananas and oranges are cheaper, so I wonder what this guy is getting. Seems like itโ€™s just him and his wife, so if he isnโ€™t lying, how much darn fruit are those two eating?

:marseyhmm:

Thereโ€™s plenty of other ones in there because as we know, reddit is filled with fatties.

The governments of the world however could do a better job of 2 things:

Educate more on healthy eating

I'll do it for free: "The Big Bacon Super Triple Deluxe is bad for you."

helping to get healthy choices on the menus of fast food places

Why is this the job of government? Just don't go to the fast food place, fatass. Stay at home and eat a salad.

Make it easier for families to afford to eat healthy

How much does a salad cost?

Whether that mean regulations, taxes, taffies or benefits for farmers to provide healthy foods and make them more profitable to grow and of course better prices in the grocery stores.

Save me Jesus daddy government because I have no self control.

I hate Redditors.

Depends on whether they drown it in a bottle of ranch.

Why should the government do it for them? The answer is simple really.

They can't find the willpower in themselves to eat healthy. Not because it's "expensive" or they "don't know" it's not healthy to eat the tripple mac delux crispy onion bacon cheezinator.

It's because the moderate amount of effort it takes to plan and prepare their meals is to much for them. These people usually lack the discipline to go to the store 3 times a week for fresh veg (if you eat lettuce over 3 days old that has been sitting in a soggy-butt fridge you have aids now, sorry) and not give in to the temptation of fast food.

That's it.

That's what al the cope is about. I know, because I used to be a fatboy. It's just easy to have someone prepare a "meal" for you. It's easy to buy the tv dinners and microwave burgers. It's easy to stuff yourself to the brim with chocolate, milk and cookies.

Eating healthy just requires more effort than they are willing to put into cairing for themselves. That's why they'd love it if they could outsource their autonomy to the state.

and let's not pretend that even if Joe would mandate 50% salad based menus at the mcD they skip the big mac. They'd probably complain their favorite burger is gone.

tbh this is unironically the demographic that would dramatically improve their health and nutrition by switching to soylent or other soylent-like meal replacements.

zero planning is required and there is nothing easier than cracking open a can of food paste

I have a simple rule, if it's too heavy to pronounce in one breath, then it wasn't meant for one person.
