OP: But anyway about poor/crime infested black areas and how I'm thinking what would help.... you know about those hologram things? I was thinking someone could record a father and a mother speaking words of love, encouragement etc that parents do and place them across the city. Like in this little ball pops out a visual of father or mother figure. Also, buying cheap land and growing food there for whoever in the neighborhood to just walk up and get food. What do you think of that?

This is actually hilarious OP. The responses and the fact that you thought this was plausible. You think somebody dead set on committing a crime to eat is gonna “stop” because a virtual hologram spoke words of encouragement? How does this even work? How would you even get each persons individual loved ones in the hologram?
