I hope this is a part of an excuse for Russia to mobilise, cos it’s the only way they’re gonna possibly win this war and Russia winning despite all the L’s it’s been taking is the most dramatic outcome

A proper mobilization will take 6 months minimum. At the current pace things are going that is way too late. Russ Or you can hand a guy an sks and teach him how to shoot and reload it for 2 weeks and send him to the front. But that won't really make a difference either. Tl;Dr: Russia is in seriously deep doo doo.
