They would consider it a hate crime just like when a Deafo thinks getting cochlear implants is erasing their culture and autists think trying to cure their r-sluration is r-slur erasure or something.
Most of them don't have dysphoria anyway. They are AGPs that get gender euphoria boners from wearing underwear without peepee holes in them.
