Moustache isn't working, if you can't grow one properly and you have a young face, it's never good. Cut your hair king, a short cut will improve the look of your face a lot. Your eyebrows look great but make sure you aren't getting a unibrow look I can't really tell with the lighting. You can shave the space between your eyebrows everytime you shave your face, it takes like 2 seconds, don't bother putting shaving cream on it unless you get irritation. I'd also recommend bulking up a little bit maybe like 15-20 lbs, it will help you seem more proportional.
