What homeless people with disabling mental illness need is... get ready for it... housing! Specifically housing with in-home care, just like they do for people you love who are ill, like good old grams.

The sad part I always witness is: it's their fault. We, as a society look at homelessness as weakness and that must be punished. Just like drug addiction.
