I canβt comment on AEW, never seen it. Iβll give it a shot though. I tried watching a couple of Raws 2 or 3 years ago. God, it was so boring. The attitude era is long dead

also wanna throw out that badass billy gunn just came out to wrassle a match and big show came out for commentary because he's got a match at the PPV on sept 5th.
AEW has a lot of old guys that you'll know, mixed in with a bunch of new guys you'll probably have never heard of.

how old are you? like, were you around for the attitude era? i can't imagine so, because those shows were 80% talk/storyline and wrasslin' was the BIGGEST THING IN THE WORLD.
i love the mix AEW has. they've got a lot of people who are good on the mic AND the matches are fun.
i need talking/storyline. sure, i like a good match but without talking/story i just can't bring myself to care or watch.

attitude era was just the frickin' best. i have VHS rips of every raw from 1996 to 2001 on a harddrive that i slowly watch through, over and over.
AEW is def worth checking out. 2 hour show on wednesdays and a 1 hour show on fridays. it's as close to the attitude era style of show as we'll ever get. it's not as crazy with the stuff, because it's current year and that's not allowed, but it's still kinda got that feel to it IMO.

There's way too much talking on either AEW or WWE. AEW on average has better wrestling but I can't stand either's dumb storylines and dumb matches.

Lol wrestling has storylines? What story could you possibly convey through wrestling?
