Thoughts on how Biden cutting off the Chinese from high-tech chips and chip manufacturing capabilities will affect your investment plans? Most semiconductor industry members and analysts seem to think the sanctions are a huge fricking deal that will put the Chinese tech sector somewhere between a permanent plateau and utterly kneecapped.
