I work as a carpenter, formally for a rather large company building homes in the seven digits for people that can afford that.
The boys would all sit around a lunchroom for our breaks and lunches, well most of them. The "mature set" (read: Christian and/or above the age of 35) ate lunch seperately or in their trucks. The lunch room was really just a ever changing room of the house. We all sat on fold out camping chairs that we pelurchased.
Anyways one day were talking about our weekend's and the women we're seeing and conversation gets to blowjobs. I say my girl really likes it when I buy in her mouth and am man enough to kiss her after. The boys laugh and tell me what a disgusting cute twink I am. I tell them they're all repressed and that obviously they have all tasted their own c*m, probably regularly. The boys lose it.
For the next few weeks they're ragging on me and start drawing peepees and prone anuses and gay remarks on my chair and tools. I double down and remind the boys that I'll go to the boss and that he'll agree with me because even he has eaten his own nut. Most of them thought it was funny, but a few who I was having trouble with anyway started hiding my chair making me look for it like a b-word, and I ain't no b-word.
Fast forward a few weeks and this happens again, I send a threatening message to the prick that I figured was hiding my chair. Turns out it wasn't him.
He shows it to the boss (trying to get my butt fired) and succeeds. I tell the boss that im getting fired for a provable threat, then I also have proof of a pattern of sexual harrasment. He knew about all these drawings and words on my shit and did nothing about it?
Anyways I talked to a lawyer and will probably get a 50k settlement.

We even had a whole sexual harrasment seminar given by (the smoke show) hr lady but it was obviously assumed by them that only women or cute twinks could be victims. Of course, it would be not ok for anyone to ask weather I identify as either of those things once I've made a complaint according to human rights law. I also fired a shot across their bow in the local (sjw) FB employment group which one of the guys told me had them scrambling. Hundreds of comments in a few hours had to shut it down before I perjured or libeled.
