I think I screwed up.

I dunno how to tell this story. Sorry for bad format

-Be me (lame zoomer who has to go to school)

-Can’t talk to friends outside of school so I enjoy going

-wake up this morning with a cough

-take NyQuil-it’s cough medicine, right?

-take 15ml like intended

-fast forward to now

-can barely walk

-can barely hear my own voice

-it’s also sleepy medicine

What do I do?

Fake, it's not possible to take NyQuil during the day, you must've taken DayQuil and then bumped your head or something. Go see a doctor immediately, you may have a concussion.
