I think they got some gubernatorial wins and can appoint judges at state level. Aside from that I can't really tell. Maybe the Senate could end up 50/50.

Well modern politician are ultra egoistic cels if they were smarter they would let redcels win this since economy will turn into shit no matter who wins so winner takking a L. And loser can make a huge comeback next time but every politiciancel want to have access now to the fed money ! A 50/50 is worst case for blues, they won’t get any power plus all the blames

They're happy because they didn't get fricked in the House as many were expecting. Holding the House with a very slim majority means that the Republicans will need to play it safe with legislation. It will only take a handful of Republicans abstaining to sink any bill.
