Phenibut - advice

just got 10mg of Phenibut; how should I take it?

first instinct is to snort, but idk if that'll dilute the effects x

Are you sure that's 10mg? An average phenibut dose for recreational reasons is between 500mg and 2g. 10mg would do absolutely jack shit.

Also, snorting isn't a great idea - most gabapentinoids take like 6 hours to kick in because they have a specific pathway they need to take through the body. If you snort it, it probably won't do much. If it's in HCL form, it will burn your sinuses badly.
