Tbh I feel kinda bad for them. Women that were lied to and told men value that are in the same league as men that grew up being told women like gentlemen and shit. At least a guy who discovers the truth by 35 still has potential to recover if he tries. Women, meanwhile, are experiencing an exponential decline in reproductive capability.

It's probably pretty hard to emotionally cope with never being able to get the prime years of your life back so its easier to just reject reality and double down :(
