It's because though they claim to want revolution, they lack the spine to carry it out and are afraid of violence (because they are just adult children).

Marx was pro-slut but anti-whore. He believed prostitution was dehumanizing both for the whore and the John.

Under Marxism (ideally) there would be no more prostitution because prostitution was an extension of bourgeoisie society, and would be unneeded in a socialist society.
