Somehow another person drove a truck through a Christmas parade and killed a dancing girl.

Was he inspired by Darrell Brooks? :brookskiss:

How does this keep happening with trucks and Christmas parades in the USA?

Does the driver even believe trans lives matter?

>I bet it was a result of pulling a trailer with no brake controller, his factory brakes got too hot and smoked the brake fluid and he lost brake pressure and the truck would just idle away.

They're traveling at 5 fricking miles an hour. You aren't cooking the brakes pulling a parade float down a city street

>You are correct. Tons of newer cars will absolutely not let you shut off the engine while you are in motion anymore.

It's been a thing ever since Toyotagate that jabbing the button repeatedly will kill the engine. This should be common knowledge by now, but i guess most redditors either don't drive or are too poor to have pushbutton start. If i remember, I'll test it in my cars tonight.

>We have a similar vehicle in our country that doesn't hide the driver's view of the front. We use small lorries fitted with diesel engines and they are much smaller than an average American pickup and we have used them in parades too.

Yeah but those are straggy as frick. Americans have dignity. You aren't fitting two fat fricks + child seat + teenager into an Isuzu cabover with a bed full of mulch

Yeah :marseyagree: there’s no way he cooked his brakes going :marseysal2: that slowly and even if he did you could still put the transmission in neutral or park :marseyeh: even and turn :marseyhillary: the ignition off.

Trans lives :marseyblm: matter!
