I'm in my mid-30s and so is my wife. We're both university educated - I'm a teacher, she's a data analyst for a super fund - and we can't afford to even dip our toe into the market. We don't live in a capital city either.

Imagine being on $150k-200k as a couple and not being able to afford a house in the 300-400k range. You need to save $20k to get a deposit. The size and smell of these r*dditors Funko collection must be unimaginable.
