I would persue glorious isolation like True Korea. Canada is massive and has enough resources for anything you want. I'd give tax breaks to canadian business and promote building with canadian goods. I want timber farms and coppicing. Maybe sending science bitches to take any seeds/cuttings of any produce/variety/perennial that's useful for the climate. New Zealand Oca is a yam like crop that produces a lot and is quite nutritious.
