Weaponize the NotWithStanding Clause against the Supreme Court, royally abuse the power to remove Justices that oppose my anti immigration policies.

Then pass another law, but also making Stalin's birthday a national holiday. Scare the East Asian immigrants into fleeing along with the Ukrainians, while gouging Burgers for any natural resources they buy from us at ameriKKKan style drug pricing (gouge the heck out of them), and any electricity Quebec sells to the Northern states. Allow Chinese and Russian nukes into Canada, on condition it's announced and run Soviet style, along with "Bringing Enlightened Communism to those greedy, barbaric, uncivilized ameriKKKans".
