If you’re talking about the GOP “rigging elections” with the “voter suppression laws” then that doesn’t make any sense since there haven’t been any elections (at least of significance) where they have come into play. If you’re talking about gerrymandering then sure I guess? Don’t know how substantiated that would be given either side accuses each other of so on the regular. If you’re talking about hating mail ballots, wouldn’t those benefit them more given rural and elderly strong areas?

And we're done here. Voter suppression and gerrymandering are both in fact rigging.

When one party has to win by more than 15 points to take a majority in a state that is a rigged system, no matter what.

And you can easily know how credible it is by looking at the math.

Never said anything about rigging, just that the former has not had significant influence on any elections so far and that claims of gerrymandering are just as often met with counter evidence and accusations that it’s difficult to ascertain its influence.

Assuming you are referring to sovereign state with “in a state” and this you’re talking about the electoral college then idk what to tell you if you think that’s the right “rigging elections”. There have only been one election where the modern GOP lost the popular vote but won the electoral vote, two if you count 2000.
