Unrelated but what's with redditor's obsession with pure water? Why not tea or juice? Both taste better and are healthier but ledditors will mald that you're not a heckin epic hydro homie

Most juice is just soda in disguise. Tea is pretty decent though

Processed as in mixed with sparkling water or whatever would unironically be better for you than just pure fruit juice.

How so? I'm not a bio but aren't juices usually vitamin rich

Yeah but also really rich in sugar. They not only have more sugar than some sodas but the kind of sugar (fructose vs glucose) is also worse for you.

less calories, fruit juice is not that high in calories, but it's really easy to go overboard with it. And it has no fiber which makes you feel more full.
No fiber means fast blood sugar spike too

Are you fricking r-slurred?
Fruits are vitamin rich. If you want vitamins eat a fruit.
Fruit juice contains an abnormal amount of sugar since you're drinking multiple times the amount contained in a single fruit.
That's not a healthy way to consume "vitamins".
And also why it's the first thing doctors cut out when (fattie) diabetics get diagnosed with the betes.
I swear all of you are 15 year old r-slurs.

Sorry mate I don't actively research everything I drink. I'm healthy so I don't see such need

Juice is not healthier than water. It’s not filling like eating fruits, and you miss out on the fiber. All the calories are from sugar. Where did you get the idea it was healthy?

The one thing reddit gets right. Pure water tastes amazing, especially if it’s ice cold.

Exactly. It’s why redditors, as a whole, are so obese. They’re all drinking water instead of tea.
